Meet Kaily Ritz, MA, LPCc
Kaily Ritz earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. Her passion is using creativity to support individuals in healing from trauma and increasing their overall well-being. Kaily provides a safe, supportive environment and incorporates a range of modalities from a holistic, trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approach. Through the creative art process, individuals can authentically connect with themselves and learn to process a range of emotions in a healthy way.
Kaily enjoys working with individuals of all ages and specializes in working with woman and children who have experienced trauma. Kaily hopes to offer a creative option for individuals who want to resolve issues surrounding complex trauma, depression, anxiety, self-identity, chronic pain, grief, and other life challenges. Kaily believes that with the support of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, every individual has the power within themselves to achieve self-empowerment and well-being in their own lives.
